Well, you can file a court order to stop this. She cannot simply move and deny you the right to see your kids. The courts have an interest in making sure that both parents have time in their children's lives. As for the moving, it should have been covered in your parenting agreement, but I suspect it has not. You can file to also change the custody issue and get more time and also address the moving aspect. The court will more than likely order you back to mediation. That's the short of it.
