Parental responsibilities

I received a delay prevention order asking me to file a Notice to set Hearing and Final orders (contested or uncontested). My question is what are the Final orders, the other parent and myself have not talked at all in a year, he filed for parental responsibilities for our daughter but has not had contact with us. He did not state what he wanted but i'm sure he only wants visitations. I believe it would be better if he had no contact with my daughter, because he has not been a part of her life. To my daughter her father is my husband, not her biological father.

So he is trying to get some visitation after a year of no contact? The final orders will determine whether or not he gets it. Is he paying any child support? he may just be trying to lower his child support payments.
