Petition or complaint for divorce

I have not been a resident of South Carolina for one year. But Really need to get my divorce over with. I moved here out of fear of my Spouse from Massachusetts. He was verbally abusive toward me and the 2 children. We agree that kids are better off with me. He said he wants nothing to do with the children. He want someone else , My friend to take over custody of them. He wants to write them off and start a new family with his fiance. We both want to get this over with so we can get re-married to our other friends. Well He and his fiance and mine and my fiance. We are happier with our different friends. What can I do and what is the fastest way to get a divorce. He pretty much wants nothing to do with anything but him self

Why haven't you just filed for a divorce with the family court in Massachusetts ?
