Primary custody with the father

I currently have 50/50 custody of my child. We live in arizona and the mother is trying to move to California for a few months. She wants to have her two weeks and let us have her for two weeks. We would just like primary custody so that when she starts school she will have a positive and consistent atmosphere. How can we go about changing the primary custody over to us and not allow that she move to California with the child?

Without consent she is unable to move the child out of the state. i an unsure of the laws in arizona on the miliage but a child cannot be uprooted from her family, friends, school, or current living status because another parent wants to move out of state. inorder for her to even considered taking the child it has to go through the courts and she would have to file a moton would problable be denied. inaddition and i know this for a fact in the state of California (not sure of arizona but you should look it up) one parent whether married or not cann't cross state line without a document from the court allowing them to or the other parent can press charges for kidnapping. they are very strick about it in the state of cali.
