Re-locating with childrenafter divorce

If there is a divorce and the mother was given full custody of the 2 minor sons and the father was given visitation 1 day a week and every other week-end what would happen if the mother decided to move to a different state with the children? There was nothing in the papers stating that she could not do this but with him having visitaion rights would this be breaking the law by not having them available for him to have? I also wondered if there was a re-location, would he no longer have to pay child support? I am a grandparent that is very concerned about her daughter and her grandchildren and would love to have them come stay with me so they can get on their feet and have a new start but the concern of doing something illegal has my daughter concerned.
