You need to file a motion with the court asking the court to modifly the orignal child support payments. You can have the three months of support to be taken off. What the court will do is subtract those three payments from what you pay a month and you will pay the year but your payments will be lowered. Also if it is not court ordered for you to pay for daycare then you should not be paying, you can just stop paying if you are ordered then you will also need to change that. I don't see why the court would exspect you to pay child support and daycare. Your child support is to be used for anything that pretains to them daycare food clothes ect and your ex should be paying the day care it sounds like she is taking you for a ride. If you have the kids in the summer you would have to pay for day care if you needed it. If it is not stipulated in the divorce degree that you get the kids for the summer that could explain why your paying, otherwise it is would be an over sight on your part to stipulate that you not pay in the summers. This can be worked out but go though the courts your not going to get anywhere with your ex she is riding high right now with what she is getting she is not going to work with you.
