Should he get full custody of her?

Does he deserve to get her? my boyfriend moved out on his family , and i didnt go so we broke up for about 6 months now, but two months ago we got back together! And 3 days ago, my dad and him got in an argue meant and he said I always take my family's side which I do not, and now he doesnt want to be together! But he wants full custody of her. But I have full custody of her his name is not on the BC and in no files or anything is he involved in her life he doesn't pay child support but I let him see her when ever he wants! But he abuse ing the limit I let him do, what do I do? I have no clue!!!

You should file for custody, and make him pay you child support. It protects your daughter should he ever decide he wants to take her. You should take control of the situation. Your daughter can't speak, so you have to be strong and speak for her. He's the dad and he needs to help provide for things that she needs.
