Single mom noncustodial father wants visitation

I am a working mom that seeks full custody and supervised visit for the father. father has threatened myself,my mother and sister with harm and also threatened to take the child. the courts have given him 2 hours of visits 2days a week in my mothers home. she does not want the father there because of the threats.the courts states that they do not have any place in the family court building for these visits.the father does not pay any support as of now. there is a pending support hearing. is there any other place to have these supervised visits? and suppose she does not allow him in to visit with the child.

Social services should have a place where they can do there visits, as well as trained supervisors. Contact your local DSS, and tell them that your situation, in most cases they are happy to help, particularly when a court order is involved.
