What chances do my ex-husband have of obtaining sole custody of our child when he has a criminal record and I was granted both joint legal and joint physical custody of my child when I filed for divorce from him 4 years ago?

Your ex is not going to be able to get custody of your child. Even if he had no crimmal record he couldn't but having one just helps you.
