After 10 years of my parents having custudy of my 16 year old i want her back?

daughter is handicapt and has been with my parents for 10 years.there both ill,my mom has diabetes and and my dad has a bad heart.she is alot of work for both of them.my mother don't let me take for vistit like she use to.only way i could see her is by going to my parents,she can't go with like she use to.do you think i have a chance of getting her back,i have alot more to offer her,and where i live there is way more special needs programs for my daughter,she will be 17 in may 2008.so do i have a good chance of finally getting her back?they could when ever they want? waiting for my turn.

I don't know how your parents got the custody or where the father is so this is hard to answer. You can always file for custody it would be up to the court to decide what is in the best interest of your daughter. Is your parents are ready to give her back to you because of their health I wouldn't see any reason why the court would not allow that however if their not willing to give her up then you may not be able to get her back. All you can do is file for custody and show the court why you think she would benifit by being in your home.
