Being the natural father don't I have more rights to the custody of my son than an aunt

I was never married to the mother of my son, but she got him and the rest of her children taken from her by Children Services and was placed in an aunts temporary care. She filed for child support and thats how I found out I was the father. I immediately filed for custody. I finally won custody then she appealed it and it was sent back to the Judge and then he gave her custody. Now I don't get visitation or anything. This baby is going to soon be 3 yrs old and I've been fighting for him for 2 1/2yrs. The Aunt wants to adopt him and I'm running out of financial funds and don't quilify for financial aid. She got everything paid for by the county. Does anyone have any suggestions

Sounds like something is wrong with the system in your state. I would get an attorney and file again and there is a chance it can be reversed again. Even if the aunt wants to adopt the child they would have to have your consent for that one. You may have a different judge, believe me Iwould fight as long as I could. Did you have a lawyer when she appealed if not that would make a big difference, judges like you to have repesentation. i think this is so wrong. I pray the system wakes up and does the right thing.
