CHILD SUPPORT

MY GRANDSON LIVED WITH MOM WHO HAD PRIMARY RESIDENCE IN FKA - HE GOT IN TROUBLE WOULDNT FOLLOW RULES - WENT BACK TO NY WITH DAD - HE GOT TEMP CUSTODY - GOING TO COURT TO GET CHILD SUPPORT - NEITHER PAREBT EVER HAD CHILD SUPPORT CAUSE THEY MAKE ALOT OF MUCH EACH - GRANDSON WILL BE 18 MAY - IF HE GOES FOR CHILD SUPPORT WILL GET IT FOR HOW LONG AND WHT %

He would get child support until the child turned 18. If there has never been an order for child support though the court then he will not have to pay any back support,the support will start from the time he filed only.
