Custody dispute

My husband just left for the 5th time, two of which was for someone else. i want full custody of our kids an he wants joint. he rarley sees them as it is, just when its convient for him. he doesnt pay child support an doenst have a job. he lives with his dad and stepmom an her kids. their place is always filthy an there is never any food in the house. and they do pills. he has a crimal record an his new girlfriend has already tried to kill herself an is going to NA twice a week. hes 23 an she is 22. i dont want my kids to be around all of that. would i have grounds for full custody?

If there is no order for visitations and child support then you need to file for sole custody and child support will be determined at that time. If there is an order then you just have to file a motion with the court to modifly the orignal order asking for sole custody and why you feel you should be entitled to have the sole custody,any evedence you have about your concerns about the father you should keep for when you go to court. It sounds like you might want to do this ASAP good luck.
