Excluding biased evaluators

What are my rights when a court appointed evaluator is biased in sessions and the recommendation only discussess the parent seeking custody. Must the evaluator advise both parents of any additional sessions with the minor children if one takes place. If parent seeking custody arranges meeting without disclosure to other parent and instructs minor child to keep it a secret..and when approached, evaluator says it's none of his/her business....what can I do???

In addition, evaluator has previously been removed from court "pool" in to other nearby counties....yet no disciplinary action has been taken the the state's professonal licensing board.
