Chances are you have a good case for keeping custody but the courts will probably set up some visitation time for her. Father wants full custody of children
Father wants full custoday of 3 children. The kids have been with me since my wife and i separted which is about 1 year now. We are getting a divorce but now she wants joint custody and maintiance from me.
She is on drugs, not working, lives in a bad neighborhood, the list can go on.
What are my chances of full custody in missouri?
