Grandparents custody

She had my son for about 8 years her son my baby farther died in 2004. I no i should have gotten him then but i did'nt i was ordered to pay childsoupport but i did'nt. My farther would go and get him for me and bring him to the house for me, i had the rights to go get him myself but when i go she keap telling me to stay away. I went to jail for childsoupport and after i got out she filed paper work to get full custody but now that i could take care of him,i want him with me. Most of the rights that i had i did'nt even no until now. So what should i do and how do i go by doing it. Thanks

Well you can always file for a motion to modifly the orignal custody order. However i don't think that you would get it. It is hard to prove that a mother is unfit and that is what you would have to do in order for the custody to be reversed. It is also very exspence.
