The courts in some cases allow the child to decide what parent they want to live with. That is usally in a case where the child may be abused or the parent doing something ill legal, ect. In this case i don't think that you have to wotty. She has been in your care and I would just have a talk with her and tell her she isn't going anywhere. Talk to the father and tell him you don't want him talking to her about living with him, that she is going to continue to live with you.
