Help me figure this out

I need to know what would be the best way to get custody of my children back my husband went behind my back and got temp.custody .my daughter who is 14 hasnt been with him since and she doesnt want to my son is 13 and he would like to be able to see both of us but i live 1hr 1/2 away.he just did it for spite and so he doesnt have to pay support.so what would be my best to do to fix this?

The best thing would be to go to the courts file a motion to have the temporary custody reversed. You will need to make sure you put in every detail that you knew nothing about the temporary custody issue. Because by law he would have to notify you in some way whether in person, by sheriff, or legal publication. Also call family court in your state because all states have different ages where the child can decide where and who they want to live with. But you need to do what is called a motion after judgement against your ex for the temporary custody.
