How can I get my ex's right taken away ASAP?

What does it take for the rights of the birth father to be taken away due to the lack of interest in the child. He attempts to pay child support when he has to and talks to the child for a few minutes by phone one time a week. I have a new court order that states that he is to get the child this summer for the months of June and July. My son will be six on the 25th of this June. And when I tried to explain that he will be with his father for the summer he started crying uncontrolably. I left him because of abuse and at that time he was not abusing my son. Recently my son said that he was pushed to the other side of a room. On weekend visitations he is not bathed. He comes home starving and can't get enough to eat. If he stays for more than a weekend you can look at him and tell that he has lost weight. I am remarried to a man that has taken wonderful care of me and my son. Since I have been married to my husband we have gained custody of his daughter this past December.I need to know what my options are and if I have a chance to get his rights taken away. I don't want to wait until something bad happens to my son before something is done about this. My ex is an alcoholic and has been on drugs on and off since right after we were married. And treated he's soon to be ex-wife like he treated me. She and I have a good relationship and she is also interested in not having him in her daughter's life as well. There is know way you can take away the fathers right. However you can file a motion to the court and modifly the orignal order. I would do it ASAP and i would ask for sole custody if you have joint and i would tell the judge that you are concerned about your ex being abusive to your son and tell him he crys not wanting to go and that when he comes home he is hungry and that he loses weight and exspecially that you know that he is drinking and on drugs and if you have anyone that can testify to this take them to court. You can ask for an EMG hearing do to the fact he is to leave this month.
