I am not sure what you mean by a no contact order. If he is not wanting anything to do with the child if you agree he can sign away his rights, but if you allow him to do that you won't be able to get any child support. You can file for custody of your daughter and give him visitations and at that time a order will also go in effect for support. So you need to think long and hard on what you want,because once he signs away his rights then he can know longer see his child,he may feel like he does not want her in his life now but what about down the road. Do the both of you not want your daughter to know that she has two loving parents?
