Temporary child custody

Father was given temperary custody through an emergency custody hearing .he at that time also filed for divorce.He has maintained custody for one year 2 months. What is the likelyhood of him getting sole physical custody at the divorce.

If the mother has not tried to get the child back since the tempory custody then theres a good chance that the father can get sole or joint custody. If the wife does not appear at the hearing and he ask for sole custody he would more than likely get it. He may still get it even with the wife appearing but may have to settle for joint.

Mother get full cousdy gives father temp. can father give temp. to someone eles
