Stop child support temporarily

In the state of sc -if a child wishes to live with the non-custodial parent over the summer and both parties agree for this to happen - can the non-custodial parent obtain a temporary order to stop his child support for this 3 month time period?

Well, child support is figured on the number of overnights that each parent has a year. So, by keeping the child more, it would lower the total amount due every week. I don't think it should stop, but like I said, it would lower the weekly amount. This averages out over the year.
