Termination of Parental Rights/ Step Parent Adoption
What do I need to do to terminate my ex-wife's parental rights? She has not seen our daughter for 2 years and before that is was very spasmodic, whenever it was conveinent for her. She called a couple of weeks ago and told our daughter that she would come for her b-day, her b-day was a week ago and she never showed up and she hasn't called since. I want my current wife to adopt her so that I know she will be taken care of if anything were to happen to me.
