The father is not picking up his daughter anymore because of issues at home.

The father is supposed to have his daughter every 2 weeks. He missed 5 visits last year and has missed his 1st visit this year. He called and said because of issues with work and at home he is not sure when he will be able to pick up his daughter again. Can I go back to court to get the split custody changed? He completetly ignores her when she is with me. He never calles to talk with her or sends e-mail asking how she is. Not even arounf the holidays. When I try to call him so she can talk to him he doesn't pick up the, and never returns my calls either.

You could go to the courts and see if you can get it changed. you could also ask him if he still wants to see his daughter at all anymore.
