Third party custody non custodial parent
I have two wonderful step kids, she's 4, he's 7. I moved in with them and their father in jan. 2005, their mother had left about six months before that. she didn't try to get in touch with them until augast of 05. since then she's been in in and out of their lives. the kids have always lived with my boyfreind and i. we now have a 19 month old together. I have been their mother, i ptty trained my step daughter, i was there when they'd wake up in the night crying for mommy. she has never bought them shoes, clothes, food, nothing! She's on baby # 5 with father #4. she's is very mean to my kids, not only does she call my step daughter a whore, she allows her sister to call her that. I've wittnessed that. now after three year she decides she is "concerned" for the kids. i have never hit them, somehow she scared my step son into saying that i beat them with a black wire. i never have! EVER! i was ordered to have no contact with the kids. wel she broke the court order by bringing the kids to my house. i took pictures of that. I want my babies back! i need help! PLEASE!
