Unwed mothers rights

My fiance was never married to her two girl's father . He pays child support and has visitation rights . She is planning to move here with her girls and us get married but he says he will never allow her to relocate to my state with her girls ! is there anything stopping her from relocating here ? She lives in Texas and I in Ohio .

Yes depending on the age of the two girls and the fact that the court is going to look at if it is in the best intreast of the children. will she be moving them away from family and friends and the big one the father. chances very well could be that she would recieve visitation rights out of state but it is very unlikely that she would be able to take them with her
