Uh, no baby yet, move before the baby is born, and the state the baby is born in will have jurisdiction. If he doesn't give a hoot now, he likely won't later, he is just threatening you to feel powerful. Don't give any power over you girl. No judge is going to give a cocaine addict full custody. Runnnnnn while you still can.

Unwed parents
About a month ago, my ex-boyfriend kicked me out of his house. (I was six months along). I have the opportunity to move out of state, which would benefit me and my baby. The father has never supported me and only once went to a doctor visit. (then i was three months). I have tried on numerous occasions to have a civil conversation with him (even went to therapy twice). He has had a habitual cocaine problem for a couple of years..this i just found out and he is in his own outpatient drug rehab. He will not answer my phone calls, nor does he try to find out how I am doing (pertaining to the baby). So basically I feel he wants nothing to do with me nor the baby. But he threatens me that he will try for full custody, and if i move, he'll make me move back. Is that true? even though he has
