Visitation

I am scheduled to have visitation with my child every other weekend from friday at 5:30pm thru Sunday at 7:30pm, I am also scheduled to have my child on the Monday of my visitation weekend for a holiday. Am I to return the child to her Mother Sunday evening at 7:30 only to pick her up again on monday at 10:00am or can I legally keep the child Sunday evening and bring her back at the end of the scheduled holiday visit on Monday at 7:30pm

Legally you have to drop the child off at 7:30, then pick her up again at 10:00 on Monday. You might try convincing the mother that having Sunday night off would be easier on her also. It's a tough situation because a lot of moms feel threatened somehow when kids spend too much time with the fathers.
