Visitation

I helped raise my two grandchildren since they were born. One is 6 & the other is 4. Their mommy (my Daughter) past away in Feb. this year (2008), and my son-in-law moved a lady & her 2 children into their house, which is located on 5 acres, where my home is located also. Anyway lately he has been telling the boys not to go bother Grandma, (unless it fits his agenda) Any way they are planning to move to the town where they both work. My son-in-law hasn't talked to me about how the visitation will go, however the way the man is, he will take the first grader out of school & put him at a new school, and I will not see him the way I used to. In 2006 the boys lost their Grandpa (my husband) that was so hard on them, then in 2008 they lost their Mommy. I need to know what my rights would be if & when he takes the boys off the property in town? What can I do?
