Visitation

My husbands ex wife does have visitation rights, however she chooses to only use them when it best fits her, anyway when they did the papers and stuff she lived in the same city, she since remarried and moved 2 hours away, so when she does decide she wants to see them, she expects him to drive 2 hours to drop them off and they dont want to go, is there any law or anything that they dont have to leave the city unless she goes back to court or anything, this is in the state of iowa and they dont want, they are 13 and 15 years old.
