Can a father get visitation rights in ohio that would let him take a20 month old out of state?

I and my son live in ohio.his father lives in indiana,and he is suing for visitation.my son is only 20 monthe old.can the father take him out of state,at his age ,by ohio laws

The father can get visitations and yes he can get the court to allow for visitations out of state. He would be responiable to pay for the visits to and from your home and his visits could be limited because of the childs age,but the court will not take away the fathers visitations just because the child is less tan two.
