Can I request visitation rights on a minor guardianship while having restraining order

My mother has guardianship of my 14 year old son and has an active restraining order
against me. I have a hearing set for motion for visitation will the restraining order prevent me from getting granted visitation?

Is the restraining order against you for your mother or your son? If it's for your mother, you can still see the child (depending why the order was put on you in the first place?!) If it is for your son's protection, you most likely will not have visitation set until the order is over. Hope this helps. Good luck!
