Custody visitation

Does anyone know what you should do if the other parent of the children got every other weekend visitations but will not come to pick up the kids insisting that I am suppose to drop and pick up the kids? And what should I do if her mother decides to have it out with my family that she is not going to release the kids to her because i was suppose to be the one picking them up. It does not state anywhere in the court papers that iam to transport the kids. and i believe it should be her obligation if she wants to see the kids to come and pick up the kids. any advice?

Your right it is the oblagation is for the parent that has the visitations to be responiable to pick the children up and bring them back if they refuse then you don't have to take them. If that causes a big promblem i would just file a motion with the court to modifly the origanal order putting in a stimpulation stating the parent has to be responiable to pick up the children and take them back. As for her not letting the grandmother pick them up. There is no reason why your parents should not be able to pick the children up she is just playing hard ball. But legally she only has to release them to you.
