Grandparent visitation rights

I live in Pennsylvania. I need to know what the grounds are for a grandparent to seek visitation in this state. If both parents are still living and the mother is perfectly fit to raise the child, can the grandparent still get visitation and/or custody?

In most states grandparents have know rights as far as getting visitations. You will need to contact an attorney for legal adive on the law in your state. You can't get custody of your grandchildren if a parent is living. Grandparents can get legal guardianship if the mother signs over her rights and allows you to file for guardianship. If the CPS is involved for some reason then the children or child can be placed in the home of one of the granparents. Although if does not look that this is the case if the mother still has the child.
