GrandParent visitation rights

I am a 57 yr old Male. Recently widowed and My daughter recently died.Sept 14, 2008. Her husband told her he wanted a divorce in May, since that time she had been living with me. They have a 5 yr old Boy. Who always ask to stay at my house and who has lived at my house seversal months of his life. He is behind in his education. very low test scores in 2 different scholls.What are my rights to visitation in the State of Texas.
