Grandparents rights

I have a stepdaughter that became pregnant at 14. She was then living with her mother and step father. Her mother let her move out with the 18 yr old boyfriend after the baby was born at age 15. Her and the boyfriend broke up and she instantly moved in with new boyfriend age 22 and his family she is now 16. All the while her mother doesn't make her got to school since she was pregnant. Well CPS was called and she was made to move back with her mother. After a couple of weeks her mother and stepfather and her were fihting so CPS suggested she come live with us this was January of 2008. In march of 2008 they had there divorce papers modified in court that statesshe lives with us. We got her enrolled in alternative high school at the time she came to us she had 6 bredit barly a freshman status. She was doing godd was scheduled to graduate by Oct. 2008. She got upset with her dad because he would nolonger allow her to see her 22 yr old boyfriend. So she ran away. We since have reported her as a run away, per CPS. But we became attaced to our grand daughter. We paid all expnses for her and the baby. Now she is back with her mom and stepfather and will not let us see the baby. Help! Is there anything we can do.
