How do I know what my visitaion rights are as the noncustodial parents

I am the noncutodial parent in another state other then the children. What are my rights of visitation? when can I have visitation?

If you have not got visitations set up though the court then you need to file for visitations. You have every right to have visitations but the only way to go is though the court. You can file in the state that you reside as long as there is no stipulation ordered though a court in another state staing that the custody is to be held in their juristriction.
