How do you go about changing child custody

My ex wife is the non custodial parent and gets every other weekend visitation. there have been too numerous to mention problems with her visitation, however no abuse. she refused twice in front of our daughter to see her this weekend. my daughter does not want to go see her in two weeks. she says due to the altercation this weekend and other issues with ex wife she is afraid and doesn't want to see her mother at all. what do i need to do or what legally can i do

Well you cannot make the mother take her visitations if she does not want to. I don't know how old your child is so I can't say to much on what you can or cannot do. If the child is between the ages of 14 and 18 he or she has a say in wheather they want to see their mother, if there is no abuse then as far as going to court and take away her visitaions that won't happen. Maybe it is best that she is not getting the child right now if she is having promblems. You could try talking to her and see what she is thinking about. Again depending on the age of the child. If she chooses to want to see the child on any of her visitations you have to let he or she go. If there is any concerns that you are concerned about that might put the child in danger from the mother then you would need to call cps.
