Sonalaw wants full custody[ convicted felon and domestic vilonce offeder

My son law wants full custody of two chidren ones his a boy andthe girl is not his. this is illnois we are speaking of. my daughter is homeless a drinker and drug user. son law is a drug user and a drunk hes keepin the kids tells her she cant have them till she gets her prioritys in line she can have the girl .but not the boy . we know the little girl is not his we know for a fact. we are going to se a lawyer this thursday the 6 to see about getting visitation set . for grandparents rights can and is my sonlaw able to get full custody with possibly be a felon and domestic vilonce and battery history 9 counts of dom vilonce and a felon for assault a peace officer. dont count dui history. seems like every thing i do never works i am afraid for the kids possibly getting hurt
