Supervised Visitation
My ex-husband has Schizophrenia. He wants to see our 11 y/o daughter. We have went to court and the judge has order supervised visitation (by the state) intil we go back to court Feb 14 2008.He has been in jail twice and has been in nine mental hospitals in the last 10 years. the doctors had told me to take myself and daughter and get away from him ( cant get medical records). I told the judge all of this. And I scared that he will get unsupervised visitation. My daughter is scared of him. She knows that their is somethin wrong with him ( he isn't taking medication). I told the judge this also. What is the legal age for a child to state that they do not want to see their father? If my ex was normal I would love for my child to see him. he was mental and physically abusive to me.
