Supervised visitation

My son is 3yrs old he loves his father dearly. I let my son go visit with his father on Valentines Day and when I went to pick him up from his father's mom house. My baby was smelled funny and i sent clothes, food, toys, juice & water so there was no need for him to be return to me the way he was. My son's father has a history of Alcohol and he put my son's life in danger. He had him in a car without a car seat and he was drunk, he just drop him and left my baby had a big chunk of cheese in his hand which had dirt all over it. He knows that our son suffers from constipation and then has been since birth. He has no permanment residence, I fear for my son's life I don't trust him no more with our son. So i've been letting him visit him by my house but then he want to come and rule like he lived here, checking my phone list, and answering it. I need to know how can I get supervised visitation foe him where he can visit by my mom house or at a park.

You need to go to a lawyer and file for custody it well take awhile but, in the end you will know what he doing &where he is . have a mutual place to meet like mcdonalds or park. i had to do this for my daughter shes 5,but was 1 when we started this he started with supervise vistes not hardley see her.

You would need to go back to the courts and have whatever agreement you have modified to say that he can only have supervised visitation because of the reasons you outlined.
