Visitation after signing rights off?

Can I get visitation back of my child if I signed my rights off and I am willing to pay child support? I had visitation rights at first, but the mother moved out of state and I couldnt afford child support at the time and I wasnt able to see my daughter anyway.

I do believe that once you sign on that line, that is the end of if. If anything you should have went to the support office and seen if you could of had the support order modified. Meaning seeing if you qualified for your amount to be lowered.

I think you might be out of luck. You signed your rights away, and so legally, you have no rights to her period. You might want to talk to a lawyer to see if there is anything you can do get your rights backs.
