Visitation rights

I have a daughter that has lived out of state for the past
7 years, i do not get to see her more than 1 time a year. her mother moved her without concideration of what it may do to our child. at the time of our divorse i was not presant in court , so , therefor i was not rewarded any visitation rights. i pay child support like im suppost to, but her mother is still uncooropitve???

You can always go back to the court to have your visitation changed legally. This way if she is "uncooperative" she will be held accountable to the courts. Good luck!
