Visitation with Children/Custody

If the parent of the biological children has an anger problem and is a detriment to the child, or if the biological parent does not give the child the medicine they need daily while in their care and tells the child that he/she does not need the medicine for his medical condition and that he/she doesnt need to see a psychologist/therapist for their anger, or the bilogical parent does not adhere to diets when a child is overweight and becoming obese, are there any remedies that are in place for the custodial parent to legally take action against the other parent....if so, can you lead me to where i need to go...Thank you for your time and help
