What can i do about my court ordered visitation that im not getting?

I am not getting to see my children even though there is a court ordered visitation.

File a motion with the court for contempt. Usally he or she will get a warning,the judge does not look highly on this and he will state to the parent that is not allowing for the visit that if they do not follow the stipulation of the court order that they could lose custody.
