Whild visitation options

Never married to child's father. after a recent incident i told him he could not see our son till Son saw a therapist. Having behavior problems. Now he got into his dad's adult magizine and acted upon what he saw. son is 7. Father is now going to take me to court so that I will not take his visation away from him. Even if the court sets up visitation is there still a way I can stop if I feel son is in unsafe place ? Also father refuses to stop letting son sleep with him. I feel that this is not appropiate anymore at our son's age. I know that father uses or use to use drugs. Can i get a test done. what to do? I really don't want this to to ugly but he will not talk with me and just keeps yelling. I was angry about sitituation when I told him he couldn't see him. till matter resolved.
