Visitation Schedule
In odd numbered years my ex had the children on his weekend and also for the cristmasholiday 8am the morning after school breaks until 9pm on dec 24.
In even numbered years he has the children on christmas from 9pm on 12/24 till 9 New Years.
He called and told me he will pick up the kids tomorrow and I told him this is my time.Holidays are shared and not just for him.He will have the kids next year from 12/24 till New Years.
He says I am reading it wrong.I thought the visitation schedule is written for both of us.When he has the even years I get the odd years holidays and the other way around for him.Am I wrong.
What can I do about tomorrow.
