Vistiation rights

I currently have court ordered visitation which is from the first friday to sunday of each month. my grandson's birthday is august 2, his father always takes this from me since it falls on my weekend. he refuses to give me anything for holidays and summer when school is out. he will be 8 and his sister will be 7 december 20th . this time i said no i will pick them up when i am suppose to and if he is not there i will file the paperwork for contempt of court and i will go to court and ask the judge for extra time for holidays and summer.

he became accusing and i told him i would not fight with him we could just settle it in court.

Well if he does not want to give up any of his visits that are court ordered then taking him back to court will not change anything. You need to work this out together if at all possible.
