Waiver of Custody

My wife and I have been married for 7 years. I have long suspected that she married me to gain immigration status into the U.S. We have 2 children together and have agreed that if we were to divorce, that I would gain full custody of the children and I would agree not to limit her visitation or ask for financial support. Although we are not planning to divorce, is there any document that I can have that will solidify this agreement in the event that we do divorce. My problem is that I am afraid if we do, she will have other people or attorneys talk her into going back on our agreement.

I believe you can talk to an attorney about that.
