We are not married. Paternity is established. Baby & I moved out 1yr+. He filed for custody/child support, what will happen

Paternity is established. I have moved out once before when she was 7weeks. We have tried to reconcile many times and never ends up good. We moved out again about a year and a half ago, then he never really helps financially I have to beg and I did open a case with Child support, its pending. But he just filed to go to court to get physical custody and child support. What am I about to experience and how am I to ge prepared to make sure this doesnt happen. I want us to have joint legal custody and for me to have full physical custody with him having visitation and pay child support. He also recently filed domestic violence against me and took her from daycare and I couldnt see her for a week. His allegations were not true and it was dismissed. He was trying to make me look bad befor we go into family court. How should I be prepared when we get our court date.
